The St. Philip Neri Healing Ministries headquartered at 150 Third Avenue, Nyack, New York 10960 announces its “Masks for Mass & More” Project. The St. Philip Neri Healing Ministries (“Healing Ministries”) will be receiving a most generous donation from the American Chinese United Care Alliance of 5,000 Masks. The Healing Ministries will put those 5,000 Masks to good use immediately as part of its “Masks for Mass & More” Project initiative.
This Project initiative focuses on those attending Mass at Parishes in the southern Rockland County area. This initiative will provide Masks to all such Parishioners for need protection while attending Masses as well as elsewhere during this COVID-19 Pandemic. Dr. Milan Vahovic, who is the Medical Director for the Healing Ministries, will provide web streaming instructions on the optimal utilization of Masks and the limitations on what Masks can be used for during this Pandemic.
Additionally, longstanding spiritually related breathing techniques will also be made available to all through web streaming by the Healing Ministries. These techniques were developed over the past few decades by Rev. George Torok, C.O. of the Healing Ministries. Father George has shared these spiritual breathing techniques with many over the years and will share information about the importance of understanding proper breathing methods for times when using or not using any Masks during this Pandemic.
